Biography

Frank has lead multiple product teams building internet scale web platforms on three continents. He has worked at IBM and Microsoft; in the music industry and non-profits. As a startup founder, he has lead teams delivering value in healthcare, government, and gig economy industries. He currently is the Product Owner at Carina, two sided marketplace for care givers and consumers. In addition, he leads or advises other startups in the Seattle area.

Frank has been actively involved in teaching computer science/STEM and other curricula since 2012, and taught computer science at Rainier Beach High School and Aki Kurose Middle School. He has started and continues to run an internship program providing high school and undergraduate students with experience working in the early stage startup space. Frank is also a board member of Rainier Scholars, a Seattle area academic enrichment program serving low-income students of color.
